This shirt is much thicker than I thought. I like the fit. I ordered a M and it fits as I wanted. For reference I am 5’2” 36B chest. My natural waist is 31” but hipbone/bellybutton is 37”. You can see the medium clears my hip bone easily with a loose fit. It’s not long enough to go over my butt, however, it probably would cover those 42”!
